Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily submit through our contact form:
- First and last name
- Company name (optional)
- Email address
- Description of your needs / free-form message
No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is requested or processed.
Purpose of processing
Data submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to:
- respond to your information request or quote;
- prepare a potential meeting or commercial proposal;
- manage the pre-contractual and, where applicable, contractual relationship.
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and, more broadly, on the legitimate interest of PixelPassion SRL in handling requests addressed to it (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention period
Data from the contact form is kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted or anonymized. Data related to a contractual relationship is kept for the applicable statutory period (accounting and tax).
Embedded third-party content
Some pages embed content from third-party platforms:
- YouTube videos (Google LLC);
- Instagram posts (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.);
- Google Maps and Google reviews (Google LLC).
These services may set their own cookies and collect data when loaded. We limit these loads with click-to-play facades whenever possible. The processing of that data falls under the respective providers' privacy policies.
Audience measurement
We may use privacy-friendly audience-measurement tools (aggregation, IP anonymization, no cross-referencing with other processing) to improve the user experience of the site. No advertising profiling is carried out from this data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data at any time:
- right of access to your data;
- right to rectification of inaccurate data;
- right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- right to object to processing;
- right to portability of your data;
- right to restrict processing.
You can exercise these rights by writing to info@pixelpassion.be. We reply within a maximum of one month.
Right to lodge a complaint
If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD / GBA):
